How much does it cost to sell on Needo?
Creating your account and setting up your store is completely free. We only charge a small commission on each sale you make, so you never pay anything upfront.
What do I need to get started?
All you need is an email address and some basic information about your business. You can start listing products right away after your application is approved.
Can I sell internationally?
Not for now: Needo operates in the United States only. You sell to US buyers and ship to US addresses, with all prices in US dollars.
How do payments work?
We process payments securely and each sale's amount is held while the order is on its way. It becomes withdrawable as soon as the buyer confirms receipt or, if they don't, 3 days after the carrier delivers it (7 days after shipping when there is no tracking). Withdrawing to your bank takes 1–3 business days.
Can I run auctions for my products?
Absolutely! Our auction system is one of our key features. You can list products as fixed-price items, auction items, or both to maximize your sales potential.
