About Needo

What Needo is

Needo brings three ways of buying and selling into one place, all for the United States market and priced in US dollars:

• Marketplace: product catalogs from local stores and independent sellers, with online checkout and home delivery.
• Auctions: real-time bidding for unique pieces, vintage items, art and collectibles.
• Services: booking and hiring of professionals and trades, from cleaning and repairs to photography and design.

Sellers open a store, publish their listings and receive their sales in a wallet they can withdraw from. Buyers get order tracking, a claims process and a returns policy that applies to every purchase.

Who is behind it

Needo is built and run by Amed Reyes Manso from Miami, Florida, United States, under the trade name Needo Technologies. The platform is developed in-house: the product, the payments, the shipping labels and the seller tools are ours.

We are a small team, which is also why we answer every message ourselves. If something is not right with an order, a store or the platform, write to us and a person will read it.

For anything about an order, include the order number. For business or partnership proposals, use the same email and say so in the subject line.

Our commitments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Needo never stores your full card number.
• Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it.
• Every purchase is covered by our Refunds & Returns policy and a claims process with a real person behind it.
• Sellers are verified before they can receive payouts.
