Needo (needo.shop) is an online marketplace for the United States. It is operated from Miami, Florida, under the trade name Needo Technologies by its founder, Amed Reyes Manso. Today, the catalog comes from Needo's own official store, Cubid Store, operated by Needo Technologies. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Needo handles customer service and claims.

What Needo is

Needo is a marketplace for the United States market, priced in US dollars. This is how it works today and where it is heading:

  • Marketplace (available now): the catalog comes from Cubid Store, Needo's official store, which Needo Technologies operates itself. Many items ship from supplier warehouses, some of them abroad, and every listing shows its estimated delivery time before you buy.
  • Independent stores (coming): we will add independent stores over time, each clearly identified as a separate seller.
  • Auctions, second-hand and services (coming soon): real-time bidding, second-hand items and bookable services are on their way and are marked "Coming soon" until they have live content.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Needo provides customer service and handles claims: buyers get order tracking, a claims process and a returns policy that applies to every purchase.

Who is behind it

Needo is built and run by Amed Reyes Manso from Miami, Florida, United States, under the trade name Needo Technologies. The platform is developed in-house: the product, the payments, the shipping labels and the seller tools are ours.

We are a small team, which is also why we answer every message ourselves. If something is not right with an order, a store or the platform, write to us and a person will read it.

For anything about an order, include the order number. For business or partnership proposals, use the same email and say so in the subject line.

Our commitments

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Needo never stores your full card number.
  • Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it.
  • Every purchase is covered by our Refunds & Returns policy and a claims process with a real person behind it.
  • Independent sellers, when they join, are verified before they can receive payouts.
